# Stanislav Kosorin

I build _AI agents_ end to end, from the platform up.

Right now that's at [**Forgent**](https://www.forgent.ai), where our agents do most of the work behind German public tenders. Before that I worked on S3 at [**AWS**](https://aws.amazon.com/s3/), at [**Cresta**](https://www.cresta.com) and at [**PTX tech**](https://www.ptx-tech.de), and I'm finishing my master's in computer science at [**TU Berlin**](https://www.tu.berlin).

## Path

1. 2025 – now [Forgent](https://kosorin.com/work#forgent) · AI agents for public tenders
2. 2025 [AWS](https://kosorin.com/work#aws) · −65% S3 metering costs
3. 2022 – 2025 [Cresta](https://kosorin.com/work#cresta) · data pipelines in Go
4. 2021 – 2022 [PTX tech](https://kosorin.com/work#ptx) · 10× faster 3D point clouds
5. 2020 – now [TU Berlin](https://kosorin.com/education) · B.Sc. thesis on satellite edge

## Highlights

- **−65%** metering costs for S3 Express One Zone, from a capacity predictor I shipped at AWS.
- **10×** faster 3D point-cloud processing after I integrated GPU SLAM at PTX.
- **~80%** of the manual work in a public tender bid, handled by the agents we build at Forgent.
- **0** dropped TCP connections across 20 live container migrations through a Tofino 2 switch.

## Things I've built

- [p4containerflow](https://github.com/stano45/p4containerflow) — a CNI plugin that load-balances traffic during live container migration, in software and on a Tofino 2 switch (GSoC 2024).
- [Container migration on LEO edge](https://github.com/stano45/celestial-container-migration) — my bachelor's thesis, on satellites.
- [backpressure](https://github.com/stano45/backpressure) — rate limiting for Temporal and other workers that share rate-limited APIs, with priority classes and fair share between tenants, in Python and Go.

## Outside work

Hiking, as you might have guessed. When I'm not in the mountains, I'm running in the forests around Berlin, pretending the hills are mountains. Back at the keyboard, I play TF2 and CS2. And I'm learning Persian for my girlfriend, which means learning to read and write all over again, in a script that runs right to left.
